Happy 2020!

When we think of the word luxury, we may think of a 5 star hotel, an expensive car or a big house, yet luxury does not have to be materialistic. What we don’t always acknowledge or appreciate is that we are surrounded by free luxuries every day! What luxury presents did you get for Christmas? For me, it was fun family meals, successfully finishing a beautiful jigsaw with my Mum, playing board games with my Dad (always entertaining!), taking lovely walks with my boys and listening to the birds sing their chorus in the morning (which is one of my everyday luxuries).  A luxury for me is something that brings you joy – from taking a warm bath, reading a book, a smile or a hug, the options are unlimited and available to us all every day, if we choose to see them.

So this year in a brand new decade, why not take a few minutes to think about the luxuries in your life currently and the luxuries you would like to have in your life that will bring a smile and a glow to your face.

I’m very excited about treating clients this year and I am pleased to announce that my new luxury treatment with you will also bring a smile and a glow to your face! My natural face lift massage combines a luxury experience with natural Ayurvedic massage techniques leaving you feeling totally relaxed and looking your best. As with your feet and your hands in Reflexology, your body is reflected on your face so whilst you are laying on my couch, totally switching off, your face and body are getting a workout – bliss!

The treatment is performed purely with my hands, no oils or creams are used. There are no side effects - you will feel relaxed and look good because the massage will –

  • Stimulate your face and neck muscles naturally

  • Promote a natural and radiant glow

  • Plump the skin and smooths out wrinkles

  • Tighten and tone the face and neck

  • Reduce puffy eyes and dark circles

  • A natural alternative to Botox and Dermal Fillers

Here are my top face lifting tips as a New Year gift to you!

  1. To reduce lines and sagging - use upward, outward movements during your skin care routine, not downwards, inwards  which encourages the sags and wrinkles!

  2. To glow - drink water – your body’s best friend and a cost effective way to good skin (and good health!)

  3. To improve circulation - Use your fingers to tap all over your face and then pat your face with the palms of your hands (you can go harder on the cheeks)

  4. To improve your mood - Smile! Smiling uses facial muscles, creates happy hormones and makes you feel wonderful!

Wishing you a glowing, relaxed 2020, full of the luxuries of life.
